High-Performance Architecture

That's where intelligent and adaptive SoCs like AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ MPSoC and AMD Versal come into play. The applications processors inside the SoC communicate with the programmable logic through a high-performance architecture. Logic can be used for smart digital algorithms and models as well as for deep learning using neural networks. The programmable logic helps to run at an optimal power to performance ratio.

Design Examples

Single Chip Industrial Edge Node

Our technology offers comprehensive and scalable data acquisition by using high-speed I/O data management. Additionally, system performance has been improved by offloading CPU functions to the integrated programmable logic. We utilize Machine Learning in Neural Networks to enhance our capabilities. The on-chip AXI interface greatly reduces latency, power consumption, and system size by connecting the CPU with the I/O backplane. Our solution features PLC runtime in the application processor and a Human Machine Interface using the built-in GPU. With all of these features, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our users.

MPSoC for IIoT Safety Applications

Our technology uses Quad Core Cortex A53 to execute PLC Runtimes, Motion Planning, HMI and Industrial Ethernet Masters simultaneously with hardware acceleration. With such powerful hardware, this advanced system is capable of handling multiple complex tasks with ease. The system is also supported by Xen Hypervisor which allows for the assignment of dedicated resources to a process using cache coloring. This enhances the system's performance and reduces the time required to complete tasks. By utilizing such advanced hardware and software, we are able to offer a powerful and efficient solution for industrial applications.
