- AMS Evaluator is a free software tool for evaluating the AMS101 Evaluation Card. Visit the AMS101 Evaluation Card documentation tab and select 7 Series FPGA and Zynq AMS Evaluator Installer for AMS Targeted Reference Design to download the AMS Evaluator Installer files.
- Built on National Instruments’ LabView software, the AMS Evaluator tool is paired with the AMS101 Evaluation Card and reference design to display the XADC measurement results.
- Included within the AMS evaluator tool is:
- Time domain readings, frequency domain (FFT), signal-to-noise ratio, total harmonic distortion, effective number of bits, simultaneous sampling results, linearity plots, and internal temperature and supply voltage sensors readings (Vccaux, Vccbram and Vccint).
