IC-FEP-VPX6e - 6U VPX FPGA board with two FMC+ sites

The IC-FEP-VPX6e is a VPX hybrid processing engine coupling the latest generations of FPGAs and processor, both of them delivering a very high level of performance per watt:

Two AMD Virtex Ultrascale+ offering:

  • Two banks of DDR4 : 64-bit wide/4GB each
  • SRAM DDRII+: 18-bit wide/144 Mbits (up to 288Mb)
  • SPI mirror flash memories
The two FPGA are interconnected through:
  • 12 * GTH lanes and I/O
  • One Artix 7 XC7A35T-2CSG325I for control node
  • One processor LS1046A QorIQ-LS, quad 64-bit ARM® Cortex®-v8 A72 CPU core
  • 4 GB of DDR4 SDRAM w/ ECC
  • 2Gb Mirrorbit SPI Flashes (Boot, BackUp & User
  • 32GB (MLC)/16GB (SLC) Nand flash (user)
  • Optional Nand Solid-state Disk (eUSB module)
