Advanced KU19P Kintex UltraScale+ System on Module
KU19P FPGA System On Module supports Kintex Ultrascale+ SoC and ARM Cortex A7 processor. The SOM features FPGA chip with programmable logic cells up to 1684K and Power-efficient 32-bit Dual Arm Cortex-A7 core processor, running up to 1 GHz. The SOM is compatible with VU9P/VU11P/VU13P FHGB2104 package SoCs. The module is capable of high speed connectivity peripherals such as PCIe, USB3.0, SATA3.1, Gigabit Ethernet and dual 64-bit DDR4 with ECC and 32-bit DDR4 with ECC.
